2 Parking Tickets, 2 Similar Reasons

Hi both,

I've just become a member of the forum after reading the Newbies thread and taking the advice there before becoming a member.. Essentially, first one was at Squires Gate in Blackpool where my partner overstayed the 3 hour stay (Whilst shopping). My appeal didnt identify the driver, and used the "one size fits all" approach whilst also substansiating the visit with a receipt, this is their below response (GroupNexus)

The 2nd one is from Parking Eye, same story, overstayed whilst browsing and purchasing in store.. their response to the appeal:

 

Having browsed a few threads, I'm unsure my next steps, and hoping someone can advise?

Ignore the Parkingeye response, they are phishing for the driver's identity.  Let them reject and issue a POPLA code.

Have you approached the retailer/landowner?

Re the GroupNexus one, it reads as if you were already given a POPLA code in March and yet you emailed GroupNexus again? Why?

I appealed, heard nothing, so contacted again, I didnt receipe a POPLA till now, should I file a report with POPLA?

Ok mate.. Yes approached in both cases told nothing they could do, welcome to Blackpool

Well, you do as advised already in the Newbies FAQs thread. It's all covered there to save us time.

How when I haven’t got a POPLA code? Doesn’t say anything about that in the thread.

But you said you did:

"I didnt receive a POPLA till now,"

That tells us that you have a POPLA Code 'now'. Did you not mean to type that?
