Hi both,
I've just become a member of the forum after reading the Newbies thread and taking the advice there before becoming a member.. Essentially, first one was at Squires Gate in Blackpool where my partner overstayed the 3 hour stay (Whilst shopping). My appeal didnt identify the driver, and used the "one size fits all" approach whilst also substansiating the visit with a receipt, this is their below response (GroupNexus)

The 2nd one is from Parking Eye, same story, overstayed whilst browsing and purchasing in store.. their response to the appeal:

Having browsed a few threads, I'm unsure my next steps, and hoping someone can advise?

Ignore the Parkingeye response, they are phishing for the driver's identity. Let them reject and issue a POPLA code.
Have you approached the retailer/landowner?Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'2 -
Re the GroupNexus one, it reads as if you were already given a POPLA code in March and yet you emailed GroupNexus again? Why?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But you said you did:
"I didnt receive a POPLA till now,"
That tells us that you have a POPLA Code 'now'. Did you not mean to type that?
