    My recent 43" Samsung thats cost me about £300 uses about 40 watts.
    As said though, it will take a lot of electricity saving to pay for a new TV - but you will probably find a new 4K tv has a lot better picture + will include all the modern smart features.

    The OP has a Plasma TV, so will have pretty good picture quality anyway.
