No. Ask the Judge at the hearing to strike out the late WS.

No. Ask the Judge at the hearing to strike out the late WS.
... especially as they do this for every case as a method to try and have the last word in place of actually sending an advocate in person.

when i ask should i go to court my question was should i just pay it or should i go to the hearing ...i do plan to go but i feel my chances of winning are slim as my defense is mitigating  circumstances ...

and they are alleging that signinge is clear....thanks for the link i  am formulating my own WS on some of the `WS's ive seen here and i plan to revisit the parking lot to indicate how on the day i could have missed the sign in a situation of distress.

i just feel really nervous about it all its causing me a lot of stress

i never actually got this far i usually get them dealt with at appeal or with landowners

I just looked back at how you felt about your chances when you first came here.

    What a difference now!

Hi all especially those who taken time out to help with my WS The case was dismissed by the Judge it wasnt Judge Cohen that I asw it was another Judge I will update the Court Order when I get it . She called me in and I sat but as soon as I sat she said due to Premier Park not being present she will dismiss the case .  It was a very busy court and I dont think they wanted to be doing the case anyway which ideally we really shouldnt be dealing with these kind of cases in our courts but thats another story for another day. Thanks again for all the help and advice
Well done for seeing it through & winning.

Honestly  thank you I had messed up not appealing to land owner in time and sometimes u feel ok your case may not have ben strong enough   but ive learnt alot from this forum is the different wys I can challenge these so called parking invoices that are unfairly damaging your credit and even if I lost I pay the amount which is usually less than claimes  and no CCJ    ( all of this reassurance is what I learnt here )

    Exactly.

It's about knowing the facts, knowing there is no risk, growing in confidence and treating court as the ultimate in 'case resolution' with nothing bad, even if you'd lost.
