Permanent address at time of death

My husband was in a care home discharge to be assessed for 28 days but due  in hospital. What do I put  as permanent address, it says care home on the firm but it was temporary for only  28 days. Can Input his home address? Thanks

Which form is this that had the care home on it? 

I thought it was several months before the usual address was changed to care home

Yes that would be reasonable

They changed his address as soon as he was admitted to enable him to be registered with local gp. I thought it was a bit odd as he was only going to be there for 28 days. Shall a I put his hime address as most likely he was not going to stay there unless they have a vacancy,

That was the probate form am applying online.

Surely it's your home address -  care home is only temporary

Put home address for the probate form. Mother was in a temp care home for 2 weeks and then hospital for 4 weeks, I just put her home address.
