I wonder what tax year the interest gets reported to HMRC if it's due one year, but gets paid late into the next?I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0

We are having a problem with the Skipton too. We moved a matured fixed rate ISA into an easy access ISA and £2900 was incorrectly deducted from our account as Clawback. The Skipton have acknowledged their error but despite numerous phone calls and messages, nothing has happened. We were told it would be resolved in 15 working days but that was a month ago. Communication from them has been appalling.
I have now referred this to the BBC consumer programme You and Yours and hoping they will follow it up for us.0 -
Here we are in September and an eighteen month bond that I had mature at the end of August has been closed and the capital transferred out (after much whinning down the phone) but the interest of over 2K is still missing. Aparently, the payments department are investigating but when I put in a complaint it seems that they allow themselves up to five weeks to complete the task. So, obviously the problems from April still persist..........1
