What a state HMRC is in

Can someone tell me what I should be seeing when I view my Ni record?
As stated in my OP, my Ni record hasn't been updated for 10 years since 2015-16.
Each year states that the year isn't full, blah blah, so none of those years have been credited to my pension (two years short).
I search the web for 'how do I see how much it would cost to top up my state pension'
Each time I get an answer like, 'go to your Ni record page'
This is what I have been seeing since 2015-16, which I've reported to Ni but they are clueless.
Is this right? Or should I be seeing how much it would cost to top up?
If it's right, why does it take so long to check?0 -
That is generally down to being registered self employed and not paying class 2. HMRC are the only ones that can remove the marker.0
