Can someone tell me what I should be seeing when I view my Ni record?
As stated in my OP, my Ni record hasn't been updated for 10 years since 2015-16.
Each year states that the year isn't full, blah blah, so none of those years have been credited to my pension (two years short).
I search the web for 'how do I see how much it would cost to top up my state pension'
Each time I get an answer like, 'go to your Ni record page'
This is what I have been seeing since 2015-16, which I've reported to Ni but they are clueless.
Is this right? Or should I be seeing how much it would cost to top up?
If it's right, why does it take so long to check?

That is generally down to being registered self employed and not paying class 2.  HMRC are the only ones that can remove the marker.
