G24 Private Parking Charge

Hi all

I received a letter from G24 saying i never parked in the bay!
I have dealt with private company before using the newbies thread and advice and will do again

I also read the page on the MSE website and wanted to ask has anyone ever done the first option which is just to ignore them totally? It is not the recommended option but MSE said some people have done it and wanted to know if anyone on here had experience of taking this option?

All the time. Most of my relatives know to ignore any IPC parking firm.

But you shouldn't be reading the MSE Guide as it needs updating. Stick with the NEWBIES thread and reading similar threads here.

G24 are both BPA and IPC members. Which one was the NTK issued with? Figure that one out and follow newbie thread. Better dig deep as their NTK could have assumed keeper is driver which is a no no.

How do I figure out which one the NTK was sent with? I’ve seen the difference between the wording of the two in a previous thread but I still struggle to re find these threads and I only have two days to reply to them before the 14 days ends. It’s so stressful!

This is my one that has been sent, it’s says they have the right to recover the unpaid charge from the registered keeper, who is me..

I wasn’t driving but I know not to give them the drivers details

No they aren't. This is covered in one of the very first FAQs at the start of the NEWBIES thread where I beg people not to post this!
