Nike not refunding

I returned trainers to Nike via Inpost and had confirmation the shoes were delivered on the 23 March. Nike not refunded and say shoes weren’t received despite me showing them they were. I post say only Nike can raise the issue. There’s no email to send a letter to Nike just a phone number or chat app. I’ve asked the speak to a supervisor but no one gets back to me . I have tried calling or chat with the bot several times
