I drunk some of a can November 30th dated mine started 329 but they recalled this date so worried I drunk some. Recall number was 0008912462 and The affected cans carry production codes from 328 GE to 338 GE on their base.

Are you in the EU? I don't believe these cans were sold in the UK market

Your batch was no in the recall because it did not have the issue. Also if you read the article you would have had to consumed thousands of cans to have had even a minor increase in risk to health. The cans in question were also not sold in the UK through official channels, only through grey imports, usually sold in small convenience stores.

To be honest, you're at far greater risk of long-term poor health from drinking cola regularly than you would be from taking a few sips of one can that contains a tiny amount of excessive chlorate.

I notice also that it’s only the ‘tall cans’ that are affected. These are far less common.

I can't see the batch code that the OP mentioned anywhere on the link provided.
And the link only mentioned Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands. 

I think a compensation claim won't wash in these circumstances.

Suggests?   One can contains about as much sugar as the recommended maximum daily intake of added sugars.  I still find it incredible that there are about eight teaspoons of sugar in a single can!  Just one teaspoon of sugar in a coffee makes it unbearably sweet for me, yet I can happily consume eight of them in a coke.

And that's just the sugar.  The rest of it isn't particularly good for us, either.  Tasty, though...
