Problems with NCP site

Hi,
So I parked last Thursday at a pay later NCP car park that u can pay within 72 hours, I paid on saturday and today realised the payment wasn't taken and I dont have a reciept.
Ive had problems with the site before where my details wouldn't show up and managed to call and pay however they told me they wouldnt be allowing me to do it again (due to it being past the time of payment). Now I'm worried its not gone through and I'm going to get a pcn and have no evidence to defend myself with.
Please advise.

It'll be (likely) easy to beat because the NTK is likely to be non-PoFA so you simply appeal as keeper (not saying who was driving).
