Is anyone else having problems logging in since they have started upgrading their online service? 

I can input all security details but it then fails to let me in, saying “too many redirects” - always a bit worrying!

I know it says use a PC or laptop but I’ve always used a tablet with no problems and am reluctant to buy a new laptop in order to actually access my money now.

I can log in without any errors, but using a Laptop, it is odd that they say PC or Laptop, suggests they may be aware of an issue (but that's only a guess). Can you install a different web browser on your tablet to see if that gets around the issue?

I've had this at times. I've put it down to them working on their systems as it usually resolves in a few hours.

I was able to get in this morning (before 9am), will post back tomorrow with whether I am able to get in then as I will be logging in to see if my transferred ISA has landed.

I’ll try again later then. I have to say I’ve never had problems before and were pleased with FBS.

I made a withdrawal yesterday that didn't arrive until about 6pm. Not sure if that's normal for FBS (my first withdrawal) but is quite late for most same day institutions. Having seen this post is making me wonder if there was an issue. Can anyone confirm if 6pm ish is typical for FBS.

I've set up a series of withdrawals from FBS over the last few months and they've all arrived in my current account somewhere between 5pm and 6pm, so for me that definitely is typical.

I’ve since logged into Family BS twice more without issue. I’m using Safari on my iPad, if there may be an issue with certain browsers and that is useful to someone.

Thank you thank you all. I got in fine today - phew! Hopefully it was just a blip. I. Also using Safari on iPad and never had a problem before.
