Your two options have been pointed out quite a few times already. You can ask for a replacement however legally they don't have to and i'm 99.9% certain they will decline.0 -
Yes, you can ask for that. Equally, they can simply apologise and unwind the whole deal, which is why going in with a whole list of demands isn't advisable. Tell them what you'd like as a reasonable solution and see what they say.0
