PCM UK PCN - Private Parking in Chelsea, London, No Permit

Hey guys,
newbie here, tried to follow some other threads but i think my specific case hasnt been covered, not sure if I can use a template from here:

Van is owned by lease company, and leased by a family member (keeper)
I used the van as a passenger with a driver, who was not the keeper, to attend a callout to a resident in Chelsea, who advised me to park in a bay behind the building, saying that his friends park there and don't get tickets
I then received a letter addressed to the keeper (the keeper may potentially be unaware any of this is happening) from the lease company with a copy of the fine and a letter stating they are no longer involved - its now just the keeper and PCM UK (no letter from PCM yet I believe)
The van is photographed by ANPR at the entrance/exit to the road at allegedly 10/03/2025 12:47 and 14:25, and the date of the posting of notice is 17/03/2025, and date notice is given is 19/03/2025, then by the time the letter/s reached me it rolled round to April I believe

The fine was issued due to "No valid parking session registered" - I do have a photo of a sign on display there saved

What is the best course of action for me as I stand now?
Thank you

You are just a passenger so you're a stranger to the PCN, which presumably went to the lease firm first, then they named the lessee?

You already know from the NEWBIES thread how to appeal a NTH. Does the lessee have the NTH in their name now?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry, whats a NTH? and how do i act technically on the behalf of the hirer as far as this goes?
also, if they cant ID the driver, can they just charge the lease company?

    You can't. This isn't yours.

I mean: obviously you can physically type stuff as them (in their name) if they want. That's common sense for any online stuff. Clearly you can't do it in your name.

The named hirer appeals once they receive their own NTH, like you read
about in the company/lease car section in NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.

All your questions are answered there already. Including the common acronyms, which is why we need new posters to read it before posting.

PLEASE don't ask for a link...

Received letter addressed directly to keeper, with updated dates of posting and notice given - whens a good time to respond to them - ASAP? i'm also seeing different methods for seemingly similar case scenarios (links below)
Is it possible to receive a bit more guidance on where i currently stand/options for the next step? I have gone through the newbies thread before posting, and have again just now - still completely lost...

But you said it was a notice to Keeper and not hirer that was received....

my bad - is the keeper in this case the hirer? since the lease company did declare the hirer to be the keeper, and the keeper was since resent the charge directly from PCM (i did mention this above)
