    The DNO - UK Power Networks -  need to be contacted. Use their online fault reporting.

    They will have portable recording equipment. In my day it was ink and a paper scroll -  should be digital.

    Solis the inverter supplier is making a firmware update as it seems it may be reading too high. I'll let you know once Chnia has done that
