Parking fine at Stansted McDonalds Southgate park (MET)

Hi,

My parents (keeper) received a parking fine for overstaying (38 mins) for parking in the Starbucks bit instead of McDonald's. 

Can I appeal on their behalf? Whats the first step? I tried finding the details for McDonalds manager but the distance is too far to visit in person.

The keeper appeals using the no keeper liability aspect because Pofa2012 schedule 4 doesn't apply on non relevant airport land ( even if you do it, do so using their details,  not yours  )

Obviously you can do it BUT NOT 'ON THEIR BEHALF'. You just appeal in the name of the keeper.

You are doing it as that person, not as you.

You certainly DON'T tick yes' at POPLA stage to the first question 'are you appealing on behalf of someone else?' Far too fiddly. No.
