Consumer rights in relation to faulty fridge freezer supplied by house developer

I was provided with a fridge freezer with my new build house purchase in December 2022.
In February 2023, the fridge freezer developed a fault and was repaired under the manufacturers warranty.
In February 2024, the fridge freezer has again developed the same fault.
Can I make a claim against the housing developer to replace or repair the fridge freezer under the Consumer Rights act as it’s not of satisfactory quality/durability? I wasn’t sure since I didn’t buy it from a retailer myself.

did you pay extra for it or was it part of the standard package?
Assuming it's just standard fit then no, not under the CRA. You bought a house that came complete with stuff inside it. Houses do not meet the definition of goods under the CRA and I dont think you can argue that the house and the stuff inside are not the same, especially if its a single purchase
That isnt to say you cannot sue them, just you cannot rely on the CRA0 -
As above this is a house-buying question rather than a consumer rights one. If there was to be any warranty from the developer for appliances then it would have needed to be within your contract to purchase the house. I don't expect there was anything relevant though.0
