I think with all the nonsense about simple delivery we may have overlooked the RM price increases today. I didn't remember to change mine until past 11pm yesterday evening, luckily my overnight parcel size items are all going via SD.

The most interesting thing is that the cost of large letter seems to have actually gone down by 10p.Used to be £1.90 up to 250g is now £1.800

This is advantageous for me but I can't help thinking there is an ulterior motive for this which will become obvious further down the line.2dareis2do said:The most interesting thing is that the cost of large letter seems to have actually gone down by 10p.Used to be £1.90 up to 250g is now £1.801 -
I've no idea what percentage of RM items relate to ebay private sales but I suspect RM might just have realised how bad ebay SD is for them , although any reduction doesn't really help but it might grab sellers on other sites where they can do their own postage,goodfella66 said:

RM lost the Vinted market when that became integrated , now they are losing a small bit of the ebay side, admittedly the smaller bit being just private, but perhaps they worry business sellers might get the option to use SD in the future.
It won't help us on ebay, as any promised exemption suggests it is LLs under 100g and £10 total or overweight, neither of which can make use of this reduction. (although there is of course a way round it for some items that might just exceed the 100g weight limit.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Could be a legal case from Royal Mail et al coming ebay's way for anti competitive behavioursoolin said:

I can see no possible way this fits as anti competitive as eBay offer RM, but RM prices just aren’t competitive.2dareis2do said:
