Received Ukcps claim form

I have just received a county court claim form for a parking fine in nov 23 from moorside legal on behalf of ukcps, I have looked through many posts on here as to what my next steps should be and it seems to be mind boggling lol.
the situation so far
the driver of the vehicle at the time has never been named to ukcps
i received the initial fine as the registered keeper
I have ignored all letters from debt companies asking for more money
now the claim form from the county court has been received for the following amounts
amount claimed 183.79
court fee 35.00
legal representative's costs 50.00
what is recommended to be my next steps
filling in my details on MCOL and saying i will defend all of the claim???
I have read in a post about 12 steps to go through but cant find all of these
any help would be very much appreciated

What is the issue date on the claim form ?
Post a redacted picture of the POC on the lower left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details first1
