Landowner Involvement

I have received and appealed an invoice/penalty notice from Parking Eye for using the car park at The Royal Court Hotel in Coventry on 31/03/2025.  I had a contract with the hotal for one night as a paying guest and I complied with all PE contractual obligations, as I visit there regularly.  Bizarrely, the penalty that Parking Eye alleges is between (16:03-16:57)pm on 31/03/2025, whilst I completed check-in etc, then left the site to visit relatives, returning to the same parking spot c.19:00pm on 31/03/2025 and stayed there until c.08:00am on 01/04/2025.  I'm puzzled why PE only highlight that small portion of my parking on the site.

My question: Should I contact the hotel regarding this matter please?

Ta, Andy.
