Does anyone know how long from taking payment to dispatching. Called Wednesday 27th to take payment and I opted to collect, advised they would call once ready but caller didn't know how long it took for printing, haven’t heard anything and don’t know if I should chase.

For a local sheriff court that does seem a bit long once confirmation has been granted. I’d certainly give them a call- I just wonder if the message about calling when ready hasn’t been passed on.1
