Euro Parking Services - Unsure Of Their Reply

Hello,

I’ve challenged a ticket issued by EPS. Using a template (pictured). However, with their reply I’m uncertain to whether the challenge is successful or what the next step will be.

Any help will be good.
In the photos included, I’ve used your template as it’s the same as the EPS PCN.

Agreed. Ignore & don't appeal to the IAS.

How date they lie to motorists:

"there is a legal presumption that the rk was the driver"?!

    No there isn't.

Confirmed twice on appeal (VCS v Edward and in Excel v Smith).

And if this were true, Schedule 4 would not have been needed.

I’ll attach it for your reading pleasure and thoughts about the “The Keeper/Driver/Hirer of the above vehicle is liable for a parking charge”

    Kind Regards :)
