1. ELIGIBILITY. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 21 years old and participate in the survey Condé Nast Traveller Readers’ Choice Awards 2025 (the “Survey”) during the Promotion Period. The Sponsor will not accept competition entries that are: (a) automatically generated by a computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to generative AI (“GenAI”) such as chatbots or similar software applications); (b) completed by third parties or in bulk; (c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; (d) photocopies and not originals; or (e) incomplete.
2. HOW TO ENTER. Visit the link [cntraveller.com/vote] during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or for a chance to win this Promotion. A purchase will not improve chances of winning. Internet access is required. No more than one entry per person and one entry per e-mail address during the Promotion Period.
3. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. All qualifying entrants will be placed in a free prize draw. Selection of the winner will be conducted within twenty-eight (28) days from the Closing Date by random drawing from all eligible entries (the “Drawing Date”). Any potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. If a potential winner: (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her; (iii) refuses the prize; and/or (iv) the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that they have met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, such individual will be declared a “winner” of the Promotion.
4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be one (1) winner. The winner will receive one (1) prize, which will consist of:

• A Viking ocean voyage for two (2) people, aged 21+ (on a sharing basis) staying in a Deluxe Veranda Stateroom (DV6 or higher) on an Into the Midnight Sun itinerary from Bergen to London/Greenwich (or reverse) operating on the following dates; 3 June 2026, 17 June 2026, 8 July 2026 or 22 July 2026. The cruise is to be taken in 2026 and is a fifteen (15) day cruise visiting three (3) countries.
• One-way scheduled economy class flights for two (2) people between London and Bergen, or vice versa, as required.
• An included excursion in every port except for the first and last days and sea days (of which there are four (4) on this itinerary). Therefore, there are approximately nine excursions included in this itinerary. Guests will be able to book their excursions approximately 107 days before their voyage.
• Selected house beer, wine and soft drinks with onboard lunch and dinner.
• Alternative restaurant dining at no additional charge.
• 24-hour coffees, teas, bottled water and snacks on board.
• 24-hour room service.
• Onboard Enrichment Lectures and Destination Performances.
• Complimentary access to The Nordic Spa and Fitness Centre.
• Self-service launderettes.
• Onboard gratuities.
• £100 per person to spend on board, which can be used in retail outlets, towards optional excursions or spa treatments.
• Complimentary Silver Spirits beverage packages worth £294 per person. This will include unlimited beverages in all onboard venues, bars and lounges anytime throughout the duration of the voyage. The package includes Viking's house Champagne, wine and beers by the glass, plus select wines by the glass, cocktails, aperitifs, mixers/long drinks, and a selection of upgraded whiskeys and soft drinks, up to USD $18 each. Silver Spirits beverage packages also include the Chef's Table premium wine pairing, complimentary access to standard tasting events, a 50 per cent discount for premium tasting events and a 30 per cent discount on premium beverages, including bottles of wine. Please note guests must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages.
• The winner cannot exchange the prize for cash value. The cruise and Deluxe Veranda Stateroom is subject to availability at the time of booking and subject to Viking’s Booking Conditions and Privacy Policy. Viking will find and provide an alternative voyage if these sailings are fully booked.
• The Prize does not include: optional shore excursions; spa treatments; travel insurance; travel to/from the London airport and port (London Greenwich or similar); any costs associated with obtaining the necessary passports or visas to join the cruise or enter the countries visited. In accordance with the General Terms & Conditions, Prize winners are responsible for obtaining travel insurance, supplying valid passports and, where necessary, for obtaining appropriate vaccinations, inoculations and visas as required.
• The Prize must be taken on one of the dates stated above. Validity of the Prize cannot be extended.
• Viking and/or Condé Nast cannot be responsible for unforeseen cancellations or changes in dates or times of flights or cancellation of the Prize due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
• The holiday is ABTA and ATOL protected.
• The Prize is non-transferable, may not be re-sold and is subject to availability. Viking reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal value.
