2. Prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Entrants may be contacted by Liz Earle Wellbeing and The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa in connection with this offer, and will be asked if they wish to opt in to receive marketing communications from Liz Earle Wellbeing and The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa. 4. The winner’s details will be shared with The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa so that they can arrange their prize.
5. A limit of one entry per person will apply.
6. No bulk, third party or automated entries are accepted.
7. No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, lost or delayed or are unable to be handed in because of any technical fault or other reason.
8. The start date of the prize draw is 1st April 2025 and the draw will close at midnight on 31st May 2025.
9. One winning entrant will receive a two-night stay (Sunday–Thursday) for two adults sharing at The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa; breakfast for two days for two adults; one dinner each (£35pp allocation per person); one lunch each in Blossom Kitchen; a two-hour spa thermal experience for two adults; a 60-minute Aromatherapy Associates ritual treatment for two adults
10. The prize does not include travel to and from the hotel.
11. The prize is subject to availability and must be booked and taken within 12 months of the winner being notified.
12. The stay must be organised at least 10 business days before the arrival date and taken Sunday–Thursday, excluding Christmas 2025.
13. Dates must be confirmed with The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa.
14. The winner may be requested to take part in publicity.
15. The prize is valid upon confirmation with The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa. It must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable.
16. The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash prize and we reserve the right to replace the prize for one of equal value without notice.
17. The winner will be contacted via email by the Liz Earle Wellbeing team. If no response is received by the Wellbeing team from the winner within one week of our email, we cannot guarantee that the prize will still be available.
18. Whilst Liz Earle Wellbeing is collaborating with The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa in the administration of the prize draw, the prize is provided exclusively by The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa. As such, Liz Earle Wellbeing cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the prize and is not liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the winner (or any other person) arising from or in connection with the prize.
