Hi all,
I can see it’s been covered many times, but I’ve just today received a Claim Form from CNBC over a parking charge from last summer.
DCB Legal sent me many letters, all of which I threw in the bin as other forum posts suggested they were just designed to scare people into paying them.
Attached is the letter I got.

For context, the charge was after I spent 15minutes in a pub car park. Where I went in and purchased a soft drink and then left shortly afterwards.

Any help on next steps would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

Study the newbies sticky thread in announcements, second post
Look at the first 2 posts in the defence template thread in announcements too, especially the 12 steps
Login to MCOL via your government gateway account on Tuesday and complete the AOS online, nothing else in there at all, logout
Meanwhile, study a dozen recent similar claims and adapt the few paragraphs as required, as seen in other cases recently on here3
