Push button bathroom door handle?

The bathroom doesn't have a lock so I have been looking for a minimalist version that do not require extra holes in the door frame or the need for a separate sashlock and minimise DIY work.
What are your thoughts and experiences about "push" button door locks - something like this or this. For some reason I cannot find a similar one on the likes of Screwfix, Wickes, etc.
Many thanks in advance!

1. Have a look at Screwfix Security & Ironmongery, <Door Furniture, <Door Knobs, <Mortice Knob Kits
2. Not a good idea if you have young children unless the lock has an outside release mechanism.1 -

Many thanks in advance! We have these in our house. They work great, however we do find visitors don't always understand them. On occassion people can trigger the lock as they close the door as they leave the room, locking the door with nobody in the room. The door can be unlocked by prodding something pointy through a hole in the outer handle (doesn't appear on the model you've linked - I guess the rose can be quickly unscrewed to access in that case) - so no big issue. We simply keep the little allen key that came with the handle on top of the door architrave ready should this happen.1 -

We had a similar issue and just replaced the existing latch and knobs with something like this: YALE Bathroom Knob Set Satin Nickel
No new holes in the door, just a few screws to remove and replace.1 -
