Premier Park PCN, grace period, Popla Appeal

Hi! My appeal on the grounds of grace BPA code of practice and grace period of 10 minutes was rejected by the parking company straight away. I am preparing my POPLA appeal. But I found out on this forum that POPLA rejects such appeals as well. I have a valid payment ticket covering 2-hour parking period from 17.43 till 19.43. Can I have some help with extra arguments for POPLA appeal, please. Entry time: 17.35, Exit time: 19.46.

Check previous popla appeals based on the joint CoP, after reading the mimimum grace period requirements
I am sure that you can stretch the minimum grace period argument to 11 or more minutes after the authorised period of parking expired ( delays etc )1 -
You need to explain what took you 8 minutes to pay. Detail!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
