    It's not pretty but doesn't look in bad shape to me.  But I'm not a building expert. 

    I would be worried if the wood looked riddled with holes or there was dripping water or lots of fungus growing.

    Considering it's 90 years old not bad?

    Looks to be in a similar state to mine (late 1920s). I don't see anything to be concerned with.
