I’ve just booked with just park at a site near the  holyhead ferry terminal . They said tge bill was £16 , I processed the transaction too quickly and authorized a bill of £30:99. I cannot speak to anyone. They’ll process a refund of 14:99 if I cancel tge parking. I think it’s a simple admin error but I can’t contact them to sort it out.

any ideas?

can't you just request the refund via the site?
