Capquest / OPOS chasing for an ancient MBNA credit card debt

Hello...
This morning I received a letter from Capquest/Opos, in which they are trying to chase me for an ancient (2010) debt to MBNA which was resolved at the time. The letter is offering a settlement figure but I am sure that this debt is statute-barred as it is way more than 6 years old and it does not feature on my credit file.
Included with the letter from Capquest/Opos is another letter from 'Arrow Global Guernsey Limited', stating that they have assigned this MBNA 'debt' to "Arrow Poplar Designated Activity Company". I think this 'assignment' - apparently dated 31st May 2023 - is meant to make me think the debt is in some way still 'active'.
The Arrow letter references the CapQuest letter - The Arrow letter states "Please read the enclosed letter from Capquest (Issued on behalf of Arrow Popular Designated Activity Company) which gives further details on the transfer and further information on what this means for you"
My questions are:
1) Should I send a 'Prove It' letter or a 'Statute Barred' letter?
I recognise the debt, but I reached a settlement at some point before 2010 so I do not believe I am liable to repay anything.
2) Which company (or companies?) should I send the letter to?
I think I should be writing to Capquest/Opos which appears to be one and the same organisation... Their use of four different company names across two documents, in the same envelope, is to my mind clearly intended to confuse people.
3) Where can I find up-to-date versions of each letter?
I have read a few other posts with different versions, and references to the copy letters being available from "links at the top of the forum" but I can't seem to find these - It would be really useful if someone could paste a link to them please.
Apologies for the lengthy post - just trying to include sufficient detail - I'd be very grateful for any advice and/or answers to my questions.
Thanks in advance

Send a statute barred letter and they will either show it's not, or go away
There are suitable ones on sites like Debt Camel or Citizens Advice that are worded to avoid acknowledging the debt. Send with proof of postage (free) or email it and keep a scanned copySam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

As of 31st May 2023 Arrow Global has sold the vast majority of its accounts to new owners.
personally I would just ignire the letter. Sure they may send more, but there is a recycle bin just for such mail 🤷♀️🤣Life in the slow lane1
