Hi,
I have been going through some old files and I have found some shares for THUS Group plc and was wondering if they are still valid, I am unable to find contact details for THUS it just takes me to Vodafone, who I know are the parent company to THUS but there is nothing on Vodafone where I can get the information, can anyone please help

Share certificate doesnt have the company number on it?

Thus were taken over for cash by Cable& WIreless in 2008 who were taken over by Vodaphone in 2012.  I guess the people to help could be Vodfaphone's registrars, Equiniti.  But I believe the chances of the shares being of any value is
close to zero.  Any Thus shares remaining in 2008 were compulsorily bought for cash by C&W.

Long gone, bin them. It was was bought by C&W and then became part of C&W Worldwide, which in turn was bought by Vodafone. It appears to have been an all cash offer from C&W. You should have received a cheque or electronic deposit for your shares in 2008 but if you didn't receive it then by now you'll be out of time to claim the money from the registrar.
