Proof of housing not had feedback

I uploaded proof of housing and it said proof of housing costs completed after on 1st April but no feedback since on journal?

I take it this relates to UC.
Sometimes takes a while, & they may feel that no feedback required if you have supplied what they need.

Did you get a "To-Do" on your journal?

And is your rent monthly or weekly?

If it's a weekly Social Rent then it doesn't actually go up until Monday the 7th.

So on Monday 7th UC will send you a "To-Do'.

You are not supposed to update Social Rent details until you get that "To-Do".
