The thing is I'm just confused who I should be sending my WS to, Parking Eye or LPC Law they've dropped out of it last minute and not bothered and just given it to someone else to represent. @1505grandad I'll have to ring the court on Monday to see if they have sent it to Court or not and if they have an email for LPC and Court for me to send my WS. I don't have a printer.
Only PE are dealing with actual court claim as per the claim form you have. LPC are representing PE in Court.

When you ring the Court tomorrow as advised by Gr1pr in a previous post above ask if the fee has been paid.

  • Okay, just an update, I rang the Court and they have paid the Fee and the Court has received the payment so it will be going ahead on the 13th of Nov. I will send my WS by Wednesday

Litigation is the usual email address for the WS, straight to their legal department
  • It says there's no such email Litigation @parkingeye so I have sent it to enforcement@parkingeye instead
