Your claim reference is on the top right of your claim form,  plus any other CNBC paperwork

If you dont want it to get to the court  hearing,  and as you are representing yourself   ( without legal representation  ) , I think that in that case you should be negotiating a settlement with their litigation department,  perhaps starting at say £60 to settle,  you already know what they offered at the mediation stage.  Their costs are currently paperwork,  letters, CNBC court fee etc.  I would think that they may settle for say half.  Dont waste the opportunity by caving in, if you believe that you have a strong case on poor signage,  you might win

Having checked the images I have taken I've just realised the entire car park has no lighting whatsoever and entrance signage are always blocked from both sides with parked cars

Then you have a good case if the vehicle was onsite during the night,  after dark

Yep - brilliant exhibits as long as you screenshot the photos to show the date taken, of enable a timestamp feature on your phone.

You cannot be bound by a contract that is unlit in pitch black, outside. You can use the BPA Code of Practice that applied at the time.

It has a section on signs in the dark. Use that against them.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just a quick update with this one, It has been 7 months since I did my Mediation and still haven't received a hearing date so I contacted the Court yesterday and they emailed back today saying "Upon reviewing this case, please note that we have not received the file from our CNBC offices. We will follow on this next and will be in contact with further details."

So after chasing the Court I have finally received a Court Hearing date, they were due to make a payment on 17th October and the hearing is on November 13th 2025 I just need to amend a few things on my WS but on the papers it says my deadline to submit is 14 days before hearing does that include weekends or just working days. If it's working days then I have until tomorrow to submit
