Parking Eye Court Claim

It is just days so with a hearing on 13th November, you are looking at a deadline of 30th October.1

Many thanks for that. I have some time to refine it then 👍🏽0

I've just received a WS Bundle from Parking Eye but they said they're not sending anyone as a witness and LPC Law will represent them. They've reattached their Defence Response and this time added in Photographs of the Signage and Entrance of the Car Park and Contract signed by the mosque that they can pursue £100 for breaches and offer £60 if paid in 14 days. The incident occured in 2024 and the pictures that they have sent are taken in 2022. Those signs are brand new in the pics but now are bent oland damaged with one missing so how are they allowed to present incorrect images. And his images are taken in broad daylight0

Its just 14 days, no other qualifiers, so count 14 days backwards from the hearing date, so say Wednesday at 4pm
But contact the court on Monday morning to see if they actually paid it or not
The hearing date was pencilled in , pending payment, it's only inked in after payment is made, or it's vacated
I would have checked a few days ago1 -
Well they must have paid as they have sent their WS Statement and passed it over to LPC Law to attend the Hearing on their behalf it's 84 Pages long, but on the Court Papers I got, I was told no more than 50 Pages0
-
Has their WS been sent to the Court? - perhaps the template WS they sent to you is only to frighten you.2

Contract signed by the mosque that they can pursue £100 for breaches and offer £60 if paid in 14 days. That's not very Islamic.0
-
Well they're saying I have signed a contract with them because they have permission from the premises 🤷🏽0
-
Yep, just musing from an ethical standpoint 😀1

The thing is I'm just confused who I should be sending my WS to, Parking Eye or LPC Law they've dropped out of it last minute and not bothered and just given it to someone else to represent. @1505grandad I'll have to ring the court on Monday to see if they have sent it to Court or not and if they have an email for LPC and Court for me to send my WS. I don't have a printer.0
