I've created a Twitter post which has been replied to by a member of their social media team so we'll see where that leads.
Moriarty are no refusing to correspond with me unless I provide them with my date of birth due to data protection. I'm not sure if they actually have this information and if not then I don't want to provide it to anyone if I'm honest.
Where do I stand with "not engaging with them" even though I've provided my name, account number, and address?1 -
