I have been undergoing therapy but I think about the situation everyday. I have been on hand to go to court but then the dates move and it’s prolongs the distress and emotional hurt.
I have been told to claim compensation against the trial for my emotional state and my mental health.

The OP states he has been having therapy.

He clearly states it is the delays  with the trial dates that he is wanting to claim for
But the issue isn't really about what OP wants to do - it's about what they're legally entitled to (and from whom).

Op has not mentioned who they would be claiming against??

    In reality here.
This is one for proper legal advice. Certainly does not drop within consumer rights.
