Online pharmacy sent wrong prescription

Hi all wonder if you can help. I bought mounjaro (weight loss drug) online with a well known online pharmacy that I had not used before.
I filled in an online form stating my drug, the dose I was taking and the last dose I took.
I paid but received no email confirmation (yes I’ve checked junk and everywhere else). Began to think I was scammed but then I received sms saying to log onto the hub and submit photos which I did.
I then received the package and was a totally different drug. The pharmacy are saying that I requested this so therefore nothing they can do. Nowhere on the hub is a record of this exchange on initial online form.
Incidentally this pharmacy are actually breaching the rules of the pharmaceutical council by not having a video face to face call with me, had they had this then the doctor and I would have also discussed the fact this was not correct.
I hadn’t heard of the medicine they sent but it’s another similar weight loss drug but having researched this advice is that 5 weeks is needed between these two drugs which is also concerning seeing as I stated what I was actually taking and this was completely different.
Just unsure of consumer rules around this. I am confident I’m not in the wrong here because I filled in such a detailed form.
Thanks in advance

Who are this well known online pharmacy? Website link?
e.g. was it actually the well known pharmacy, or was it a very similar sounding pharmacy fake page?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)1 -
I think you are unlikely to have named this other drug if you hadn't heard of it before? (presume it isn't just Tirzepatide under a different name?)
this is pretty serious dispensing error and they ought to be able to produce the prescription for it + details of the "consultation" that led to the prescription0 -
Are you sure it is a genuine UK registered pharmacy?1

I can see no rules which state that a face-to-face video call is required. There is guidance that states that they should verify the request via some other method (two-way communication, contacting the patients GP etc) but it is just guidance, and one of the options is to check the patient's medical record, which they may have done for all you know.Pirsta said:I then received the package and was a totally different drug. Is it possible, as you have no record of the request, that you simply requested the wrong medicine?
And who is the "well-known" pharmacy?1
