Nationwide FlexPlus Telephone Numbers

Hi
Wonder if anyone can help
Not been abroad for many years
Changed account to Nationwide FlexPlus for the various options including travel insurance
Because we are now going on a cruise
Checked online and there are several different numbers which it tells you to call to upgrade the insurance
This conflicts with what we were told in branch
They said just ring the number on back of our debit card for everything
Can't see this number online at all
So we are a little confused to say the least
It also applies to car breakdown again which number ? Also part of FlexPlus

My starting point would be https://www.nationwide.co.uk/current-accounts/flexplus/, where there are links to important documents, including the various insurances. Within each of those are the relevant contact details, so, for example, the travel one features these numbers (after first recommending online management):
As discussed on various other threads, data published online will generally be more reliable than the comments made by employees, who, with the best will in the world, are rarely experts in everything....1 -
