I would amend the last part by removing the name, so removing, and John Davis , leaving it more ambiguous
Change the last bit to any relevant authority, not SRA ( SRA is only for lawyers, not usually for most parking companies )
Then you can send the same template to every parking company and every legal company involved
Add the VRM details plus any pcn references to each one as required
Make sure you use your current name and address in the replies too3 -
