G Adventures ‘Love the World’ Rules & Regulations

CONTEST PERIOD: The G Adventures ‘Love the World’ (the “Contest”) begins on April 2, 2025, at 12:00AM EST and

closes on May 31, 2025 at 11:59PM EST (the “Contest Entry Period”). By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to these

rules of the Contest (the “Contest Rules”) and states that he or she is 18 years or older.

WHO MAY ENTER The Contest is open to members of the public who are 18 years or older and are residents in one of the

following regions: Canada (excluding: Quebec), USA, UK, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Norway, Denmark,

Sweden, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Finland, and Luxembourg, Individuals affiliated with G Adventures Inc. (“G

Adventures” or “Sponsor”), Planeterra Foundation and its and their subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Contest Entities”),

including employees, immediate family members, interns, volunteers, and others living within the same household are not

eligible to enter. G Adventures will determine entrants’ eligibility in its sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, eligible participants must provide a valid email address and either subscribe to G

Adventures' newsletter or confirm their existing subscription either through the designated pop-up form on the G Adventures

website during the Contest Entry Period, or, by visiting the following url:https://www.gadventures.com/contests/love-the-world

For residents of California, subscribing to the newsletter is optional and is not required for entry, in compliance with

applicable law. The G Adventures website is as follows: www.gadventures.com. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Any entries received in excess of this limit will be invalid. In the event of a dispute, entries

will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of

entry. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access

provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain

associated with the submitted email address. Any entrant may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account

Holder to G Adventures’ satisfaction.

RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing (as further elaborated in the “Notification” section

below) from among all eligible entries received by the Sponsor which remain eligible at the time of each draw.

PRIZES: Prizes will be awarded as follows:

PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS:

(1) One (1) of eight (8) weekly prizes (the “Weekly Prizes”) will be awarded during the Contest Entry Period, each

consisting of one (1) travel credit valued at up to $4,999 USD, or the equivalent amount in the Winner’s local

currency, as set out below:

(2) One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded, consisting of one (1) travel credit valued at up to $20,000

responsibility of the Winner. The Grand Prize (including flights and any remaining unused balance) must be

NOTIFICATION:

For each Weekly Prize

There will be one (1) Weekly Prize winner for each of the following weeks during the Contest Entry Period:

Week 5: May 5 – May 11

Week 6: May 12 – May 18

G Adventures will contact the Winner via the contact information provided at the time of entry. Weekly Prize winners will be

selected and notified within one (1) week following the end of each weekly period. For example, the winner of a weekly prize

that’s given away during Week 1, will be notified at some point during Week 2. The Winner and any additional guests must

CHALLENGES:

During the Contest Entry Period, G Adventures will release three (3) challenges (each a “Challenge” and collectively the

“Challenges”). G Adventures will notify entrants when each Challenge becomes available. Once a Challenge becomes

available, it will remain open for the duration of the Contest.

Each Challenge requires entrants to post a photo on their Instagram feed using a designated hashtag. The specific photo

theme and hashtag will be revealed by G Adventures during the Contest Entry Period. Entrants will receive ten (10)

additional entries into the Grand Prize draw for each completed Challenge. Only individuals who have already entered the

Contest are eligible to participate in the Challenges – completing a Challenge alone does not constitute entry into the

Contest. By participating in a Challenge, entrants agree that G Adventures may share their submitted posts on G

Adventures’ social media channels.

For those who do not wish to participate in the Challenges via Instagram, an alternative free mode of entry is available.

Instead of positing on Instagram, participants may mail in their entry for each of the three (3) Challenges. Such alternative

will include entrants writing their full, legal name, home address (no post office box addresses accepted) city, post code,

phone number (email) and the full name of the Contest along with the Challenge name they want to enter on either a

postcard or letter. No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per

Challenge.

Each completed Challenge, whether through Instagram or mail-in entry, will count for ten (10) additional entries for the

Grand Prize.

A participant who enters the Contest (1 entry) and completed all three (3) Challenges (30 additional entries) will have a total

of thirty-one (31) entries into the Grand Prize draw.

The entry for each Challenge will be deemed to be submitted at the point of receipt. All mail in entries must be received by

May 31, 2025, at 11:59PM EST. G Adventures will not be responsible for reimbursements regarding postage.

PRIZE TERMS:

For each Weekly Prize

Each Weekly Prize is applicable to the listed itinerary only of the tour and excludes optional or additional services not

expressly included in the applicable itinerary or prize, for example transfers, pre/post-tour accommodation, ‘My Own Room’,

insurance, amendments, vaccinations, and all incidentals, meals, gratuities, taxes, fees, levies and transportation. In

addition, each Weekly Prize cannot be redeemed towards Expedition tours,Private Groups, Independent trips, Day Tours,

pre- or post-tour accommodation, insurance, upgrades, add-ons, “My Own Room” or “My Own Tent,” transfers, theme packs,

or other in-country or on-board services. All travel related expenses including but not limited to transportation to and from

home, airfare costs, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, service charges, airport surcharges, departure taxes,

hotel, resort or property fees, food & beverage and excursions not specifically included in the applicable trip itinerary and

personal expenses including but not limited to telephone/Internet charges and gift shop purchases are the sole responsibility of any such Winner and guest. A minimum of 6 paying passengers, not including Grand Prize Winner and guest, must be

booked on a Weekly Prize departure. If 6 paying passengers are not booked on a Weekly Prize departure, the winner can

allocate the Weekly Prize to an alternative trip at G Adventure discretion, provided that the Weekly Prize won is applied to a

trip of no value greater than $4,999 USD (or your local currency as stated above). In such a scenario where a Weekly Prize

is re-allocated to be used on a tour that has a cost greater than $4,999 USD (or greater than your local currency as stated

above), the winner will be responsible for paying any differences between the Weekly Prize amount and the additional

balance of the trip. Each Weekly Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same departure, trip and itinerary. Once a

Weekly Prize trip has been booked, no substitutions or changes will be permitted to any elements of the Weekly Prize,

including the identity of the guests.

Redemption of each Weekly Prize: i) is subject to availability, ii) is valid on new bookings only, iii) may not be combined with

any other offer or discount, iv) has no cash value, v) is not transferable or assignable, vi) is not eligible for “Lifetime Deposit”

nor “Guaranteed Departure”, vii) cannot be exchanged by a Weekly Prize Winner or guest, and ix) is non-commissionable if

booked by or through an agency. Each Weekly Prize Winner must contact G Adventures directly by phone and/or email and

quote ‘G Adventures Love the World Giveaway’ at time of booking. Each Weekly Prize Winner and Guest must agree to G

Adventures’ booking terms and conditions, found here: gadventures.com/terms/. Each Weekly Prize Winner and guest are

solely responsible for ensuring they have medical insurance in an amount no less than US $200,000 covering medical,

evacuation, and repatriation while travelling which is a mandatory requirement for participation on all G Adventures trips as

set out in G Adventures’ booking terms & conditions.

Actual retail value of each Weekly Prize may vary depending on point of departure, trip selected by the winner, and fare/rate

fluctuations; any difference in the value of a Weekly Prize as stated herein and value at time of Weekly Prize notification or

awarding, if any, will not be awarded. All reservations will be made by an agent of G Adventures. Accommodations are

subject to availability at time of reservation. Blackout dates, advance booking requirements and travel restrictions may apply.

Availability is subject to factors such as weather, seasonality and space availability. Reservations are subject to availability.

Each Weekly Prize is subject to change at G Adventures’ discretion, however such alternate trip shall have a value at least

equal to the Weekly Prize originally awarded. If weather affects the ability for Winner to redeem any portion of a Weekly

Prize G Adventures shall have no further obligation to Winner other than to supply the remaining elements of the Weekly

Prize package minus the unused portion of a Weekly Prize. If for any reason whatsoever, Winner and/or guest are unable to

travel after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, G Adventures shall have no further obligation to the Winner. If

a Weekly Prize is forfeited prior to G Adventures finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an

alternate winner, the Weekly Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all

non-winning eligible entries. Weekly Prize Winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining the proper travel

documentation (e.g., valid photo ID, passport and any visas or permits) and vaccinations prior to travel at Winner

and Guest’s own expense.

Winner and Guest acknowledge and agree that they are responsible to ensure their eligibility to travel internationally and, if

applicable, their proper and lawful eligibility to enter any country or region included in the Weekly Prize trip itinerary, and to

re-enter their country of residence, and represent and warrant to G Adventures that they possess or are able to procure a

valid passport for the duration of the trip, if necessary, according to current international travel law. If Winner and/or Guest

are unable to attend their prize trip due to passport, entry or other legal or regulatory restrictions, they shall be deemed to

have forfeited the Weekly Prize and G Adventures shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such inability to attend.

participation in the Contest and acceptance or use of a prize. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Indemnified Parties will not

in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or guests or accept any liability for any loss,

damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of

the Indemnified Parties.

The Indemnified Parties are not responsible for incomplete or misdirected entries, technical or network malfunctions or

failures, or causes beyond their control. Entrants are solely responsible for their entries. Entrants may not submit materials

that introduce any software viruses, worms or other programs designed to damage software, hardware or

telecommunications equipment or are off-topic, partisan-political, contain advertising, nudity, personal attacks or expletives,

or is otherwise abusive, threatening, unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, libelous, obscene, false, sexually explicit, or that

infringes on the rights of any third party. If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to an

infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes

beyond the control of G Adventures which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct

of this Contest, G Adventures reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, at which time, G

Adventures will determine the Winner from amongst entrants received prior to such cancellation, termination, or suspension.

By participating in the Contest, entrants (i) agree to be bound by the Contest Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and

(ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of G Adventures, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. G

Adventures reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Contest it sponsors any person it believes has

intentionally violated the Contest Rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted

(including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Contest), and to select

winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.
Participation in the Contest in no manner constitutes an endorsement or support by G Adventures of any views, aims,

products or services. Entrants shall not advertise or otherwise claim to have obtained any such endorsement or support. G

Adventures’ name and logo are the property of G Adventures and should not be used in any manner whatsoever without the

prior consent of G Adventures. G Adventures must approve in writing any statement, advertisement, press release or similar

communication in any media, relating to entrants’ participation in the Contest.

The Contest will be governed by Ontario law and entrants to the Contest submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario

courts.

ALTERNATIVE MODE OF ENTRY: As an alternative mode of entry, entrants can write or type their full, legal name, home

Check if you are on the US site - I was there by default, 2 forms and would not submit. I was prompted and changed to the UK site and single form appeared and entered ok.
