Ah, thanks, I need to look at that then! I think Nationwide does?

Regarding the discount, I just read that Lloyds are taking it away in August anyway:
"From 01 August 2025, we’re removing this discount on your monthly account fee"

Can someone point me out to the information on free forex from Barclays Debit Cards? I cannot recall reading anything about it.

    my current set up is
Chase Debit card in most countries for ATM withdrawals, especially in USA where most charge ATM usage fees
    Santander Zero for most purchases
Santander Select Debit Card for Latin America, Spain, Portugal (again as most charges ATM usages fees otherwise)
Back up is HSBC Global Money, MBNA Horizon and Few EUR currency Accounts.

Although this thread started about forex fee-free debit cards, one of the early replies pointed me to the MSE page on a new offer by Barclays on their Rewards *credit* card.

It offers cashback at 0.25% boosted to 0.5% over the summer season for applications by tonight. With the retrenchment of Chase’s cashback offer it tempted me and as I also order books online from retailers such as FNAC it’s a good deal for me - it meets my needs.

The updated MSE Travel Money page was featured in yesterday’s MSE email newsletter.

Barclays Debit card use abroad is limited to EUR and USD. You open a 'travel wallet' in the app and load the wallet with the currency to use it abroad.
