APCOA appeal advice re having to send further letter

Hi
The  driver of the car parked in a permit only car park but there were machine allowing to also pay for parking which the driver paid for 24 hours daily for 7 days. PCN have been received and an appeal was submitted online to APCOA. A complaint also made to the land owner. The appeal was as per newbie advice and receipts attached. An email has now been received saying that they need to admit who was the driver or keeper and respond within 14 days even though the original email did say appealing as registered keeper. They also want one letter per pcn number. So I assuming we just write again the same paragraph and send it this time via letter. They have asked for full name and address or driver/registered keeper so again assuming I write the details of the keeper as they know this anyway since the pcn charges came to the keeper.

In the meantime debt collectors letters have been received x7 which we have ignored

anything else we need to be aware of so we don’t get caught out? Unsure if we will win as it was a permit car park but trying!

thanks

    Ignore the powerless debt collectors

No revealing who was driving, they are phishing fir drivers details,  do not reply

Each and every PCN should be appealed separately,  not one appeal fir several,  but appeal them separately using the typical Apcoa appeal by the keeper as seen in other threads here

So to repeat,  one appeal online  ( not by post  ) per pcn, by the keeper,  typically based on no keeper lliability,  definitely do not reveal who was driving,  plus no replies to the phishing requests

Yes they will want an appeal per charge, however if you are receiving debt collectors letters that suggests the deadline had expired but don't let the dimwits have the driver's details.
    What is the timeline?
    Was this a train station?
Was it a pretend penalty charge mixed up as a parking charge as APCOA are prone to do?
I suspect the vehicle was parked in a permit only area even though payment was made.

Obviously the keeper must appeal each PCN separately. Why didn't they?! Get online and appeal the other six quickly!  At the moment you've let them slide unappealed.

And you don't reply to any begging letter asking who was driving. Of course not!

    hi

yes the time limit has gone so now unable to appeal online so now will have to write to P.O. Box and will send each one separately as registered keeper and will not Idenify driver. They have given 14 days to write back

it was at a college they have sent pictures of car entering car park

No you don't do that. Stop believing them.

You just put the appeals in ONLINE as a formal complaint that you clearly appealed ALL PCNs in your first contact, but have not been given seven POPLA codes.

    Use their Complaints process.
