Moorside Legal (NCP Parking) - Case struck out

Comments

  • @Coupon-mad, requested costs to be covered which the judge took down, although said he couldn't include the parking cost for the last court appearance and said that would have been for the last judge to decide. Although i didn't agree with that I wasn't going to argue at that point.

  • You couldn't write this stuff … I have today received a new claims form from Moorside Legal which covers two additional dates in 2024.

I thought NCP going into administration was the icing on the cake and liked to think my court costs tipped them over the edge.

I think as they are already in administration, only the Administrator can now agree to litigation.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The POC says dates between, plus the alleged breaches are not pleaded either ( Chan and Akande. )

If its the same place etc as previous claims then perhaps estoppel is also a factor ? ( Henderson. )

The AOS stage can be completed ( issue date is 7th April. )

What was the pcn charge ? ( or signage charge )

As far I can tell, the location(s) of the alleged parking events are missing on the POC.
