I had 2 MBNA cards with long 0% BT deals. Just before the 0% deals expired, I paid off the cards in full. This was 6 or 7 months ago and MBNA is not offering me any new BT offers on these cards.
Do you think a new deal will ever come along on these existing cards or is it better to cancel them, wait 6 months, then apply for new MBNA cards?
Thank you.

MBNA do give BT offer to existing customers but, from my experience anyway, they dont tend to be as good as those offered to new customers. Obviously if you cancel and then reapply you have no guarantee of being accepted or getting a similar limit so depends on if something is better than the risk of nothing to you.0

I'm almost continually offered 12/18 months 0% with a 3-5% fee on my MBNA card. It appears to change every month.0

There is no magic 'tactic' - like the poster above I continually have BT offers from MBNA (and the other Lloyds group members such as Halifax and Bank of Scotland who I also have cards with)
I guess I meet their 'profile'
And why reapply to MBNA when there are plenty other options?0
