Leeds building society login

Has anyone else had any trouble viewing their leeds BS accounts on their new online dashboard?

I've tried to message them about it but they haven't responded in over a month.

I previously was able to get into the old online dashboard system by applying for an account, but this doesn't work anymore.

    No problems here. Have you tried phoning them? - in my experience they deal with things quite promptly. Why did you previously have to get in by applying for an account rather than using your login details?

    applying for an account when you have a login, took you to the old dashboard before opening the application form
