Has anyone else had any trouble viewing their leeds BS accounts on their new online dashboard?
I've tried to message them about it but they haven't responded in over a month.
I previously was able to get into the old online dashboard system by applying for an account, but this doesn't work anymore.

No problems here. Have you tried phoning them? - in my experience they deal with things quite promptly. Why did you previously have to get in by applying for an account rather than using your login details?0
