Best easy-access joint savings account with pots/spaces?

We are looking for a joint savings account with the 3 main features below, anyone know of anything? 

1) Easy access joint savings account - as the money will be used for annual bills & stuff.
2) a decent rate of interest - we have separate products for real savings.
3) The ability to have separate & identifiable pots or spaces in the account to make it easy to save towards multiple goals in one place & still earn interest.

why don't you have separate accounts for the bills / stuff and the longer term goals? Accounts where you can save and lock away money tend to have better rates of interest

I have everything in spreadsheets but my other half is not a spreadsheet person - so the pots/spaces part is important 😆
