Don't know how to send further evidence

I had a parking charge from Civil Enforcement Ltd. I appealed and they have emailed me a letter seeking specific evidence in support of my appeal which I am able to give them. The email gives the url for sending this information and it's the same address as for the original appeal. Once I put my details in, I have three options: 'log out' ' re-appeal' or 'pay now'. I am concerned that if I click re-appeal it will invalidate my previous appeal, I just want to send further information in support of it.
The only phone number provided is an automated service for taking payments and when I wrote to the email address, it pinged back saying emails aren't read. I don't seem to have any way of getting in touch with them to ask about this. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Thank you, Le_Kirk and Gr1pr and Chirpy Chicken. I'll email them today and if I don't hear back, I'll type my first appeal back in with the added evidence (that actually hadn't crossed my mind. If does invalidate the original appeal then it will because I'm past the deadline but I can put the original date I sent the appeal in there).1
