Hi everyone,
really need some help and advice.
i bought a puppy from a terrible breeder because I couldn’t just leave them there. They were being sick pink and therefore I had to take them to the vets straight away (the same day).
they have noticed he has an eye problem and I haven’t managed to sort his insurance - the vets have now wrote this in his records and I can’t get any insurance to cover me.

He is 8 weeks old and I’m at a loss of what to do.
i asked and pleaded with the vet not to put it on the record until the next time i go to the vets so it would be covered by insurance. They said no.
the eye operation is looking at over £2000.

Not much you can do, I amafraid.
You asked your vet to commit fraud and he rightly did not agree.
A new insurance policy has a 3 or 4 week exclusion period to avoid people insuring after they discover a problem.
So you probobly wouldn't have been covered anyway.
If you do not have asvings to pay for the operation you need to consider if you can borrow the money, use a credit card.
If you are on benefits you could investigate if Blue Cross or PDSA support is possible.
You can try a Gofund me appeal.
While eye problems and possible any gastrointestinal issues will be excluded you will be able to get insurance excluding these. So would be covered for other illnesses or conditions.

Please report the breeder to the RSPCA by calling 03001234999.
Please inform your local council, who can investigate.
