Shawbrook problems logging on

I have been unable to log into my Shawbook account for 3-4 weeks now - they keep telling me they know they have an IT problem and they're working to solve it - but it doesn't affect all customers. Wanted to take a 1 year fix ISA with them, but if they can't sort out their IT problems - makes me nervous! Anyone else having issues?

Have they resolved your login issues? Every time I login I get back to the login screen. I have also reported it but I have no update as to when my login issues will be rectified.0

Logged in just now 08:30, no problem. Got initial message stating "improving on line experience", can't say I noticed any difference apart from it all seemed faster.
I noticed Aldermore (I opened a 2yr fixed ISA for 25/26) have withdrawn their 'fixed' apart from the 3yr one. If that's an indication of what others might do, you may need to lodge a formal complaint if it's been weeks, given that they could withdraw the one you're after at any time.
