Euro Car Parks PCN Typo Technicality

I incurred a PCN from Euro Car Parks after overstaying at Sainsbury's by 18 minutes (apparently) on 28th September 2024. I didn't notice the letter for a while and continued to ignore subsequent Debt Recovery Plus letters threatening to start legal recovery actions as they have all miss spelt my surname. I am out of time to appeal. What should I do now please?

Go to Sainsbury's and complain that a bona fide customer is being harassed by their unregulated parking invoicers!2

And wait for a Letter of Claim. Should be straightforward for the KEEPER to defend a claim which most likely will be via DCB Legal.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

Thanks guys, I took your advice and went to Sainsbury's where I introduced myself to the manager with my name, profession, how long I'd been a customer and my weekly spend. I told her the circumstances of the parking PCN and said I would rather spend the £155 fine with her than with Euro Car Parks. She asked me some more details, then cancelled my ticket on the spot 'just this once'. Great result! thank you for your support!6

PLAN A STRIKES AGAIN!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
